Currently I am keeping pretty busy working, but always will make time for outdoor recreation and travel. I work at an outdoor education school, so basically I hike around with 5th and 6th grade students and talk about our natural surroundings. I love ecology! On the weekends I work at a newly opened cafe making delicious coffee drinks and serving tables. Reading, music, sports, and food are a few of my wholesome staples in life.

I'm an adventurous person and love a good road trip. Sharing stories, laughter, drinks, insight, and all the finer things in life are moments that I look forward to. I would like to venture out and see more of the West Coast landscape. I also grew up near the mountains, so I tend to gravitate towards those inclines. Really though, I'm becoming more and more of beach body by the day!

People! Places! The environment! I'm also interested in nutrition and new health trends that are scouring the market. I try to keep up to date with current events, but fall on the shorter side of that. I like plays by Shakespeare. Also, singing in the car and dancing while I cook are things in life that I believe everyone should try to do at max capacity, and often.

I volunteered for a noninvasive jaguar research project in Northern Belize when I was in college. I worked with 2 other research technicians, the woman working on her P.h.D, a Geneticist, local guides and instructors, and a scat detector dog named Bruiser. I traveled in June and July, so during the dry and rainy season, where there is a lot of activity going on in a secondary jungle!
