Hey! I'm just finishing a year of teaching in France and traveling through Italy for the next 6+ weeks. I'm 22, American, I love learning languages, hiking and scuba diving. I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but I went to college in upstate New York where I studied film and marine biology. Needless to say my interests are varied. I've only used couchsurfing once before while traveling in New Zealand two years ago and I met the best people, so I'm hoping to have similar experiences in Europe.
