About Me

*unable to host due to renovation of our apartment at this moment*

CURRENT MISSION

Becoming the female Jon Wick/ Black Widow / Kingsman and Super Saiyan

ABOUT ME

I am dynamic and a free spirit. I lived and studied in a Chinese Buddhism Temple in The Philippines. I donated all my clothes and shoes (except for the ones I was wearing) and brought back only books from Manila. I dance in the rain and have a habit to climb on rooftops. I was tied up with a rope around my ankle to a shipwreck 40 feet underwater while wearing a wedding dress and holding a bouquet of red roses in the Caribbean Ocean. I took a bath with a big pasta pan filled with hot water in the home of a pizza baker in Italy. I was interviewed and made it into the national newspapers in The Netherlands, Japan and Taiwan.

The locals called me the turtle dancer in Aruba after multiple meetings with my turtle friends underwater. I competed in the world championships for karate and iaido in Germany, Yugoslavia and Italy. In 2006 I went home with the World cup. I won a dancing contest in Cuba with a sexy professional Cuban dancer as my dance partner and have thrown myself out of a plane at 11,000 feet. With a parachute. After finishing my high school year in Japan I sang a song for the complete school instead of giving a speech.

I rode in the private airplane of a friend and flew to the beautiful white beach in Shirohama where I played and smashed water melons while being blindfolded, with a big Yakuza family. I love singing Disney songs. I fostered and adopted unwanted cats while living in Aruba. I dance with old people, young people, big people, small people, anywhere and anytime. A man wearing a tuxedo was jerking off next to me on the subway while I was wearing my Japanese uniform. I got lost in Venice, Italy.

I saw myself wearing only a pink panties on a huge print that was put on a truck that drove around Aruba. Everyday. I can eat 10 bananas for breakfast. I partied with Soldiers who were on duty on a boat to New Castle, England. Saw one of the guys eating a beer glass. I did a cover shoot for FHM and I never bought make up for myself.

I fostered baby kittens in the garage underneath the Temple after meditation classes. I am a leo, but not a vain one. I have been kicked out of an expensive stripclub in Florida, because I made more money dancing with my clothes one than the naked strippers. I never treated myself to luxury in Manila and bought breads for those living on the streets instead.

I survived shopping for clothes in Asia even though I was at least one head taller and 3 sizes bigger than everyone else. Thumbs up for men shoes and clothes.
I crossed the busiest street in Sao Paulo, Brasil in my underwear for no particular reason. I was grateful to find an deserted hot spring in the mountains of cold Iceland and I literally walked of my shoe soles in London. I was asked to work as a dancer in a big gay club in rotterdam, the Netherlands. Did yoga while taking a bath in a mud volcano in Colombia and performed in big concerts on the Viola when I was 9 years old.

I helped packing relief goods in the philippines after typhoon Haiyan. Spent a few days barefoot, making fires for meals, working, meditating and going completely back to basics in the mountains of Taiwan. I bungee jumped while singing 'I feel Good' and experienced my own version of Games of Thrones with LARP. Started teaching Spinning (indoor cycling) after my first class. Danced on the street under the stars in a big prom dress without music and the only bone I've broken so far is my small toe.

I am a ninja pirate bunny! or so I was told. One night I went on a mission and had to dive into a shipwreck in complete darkness in order to find the coordinates for my next mission. Trained full contact Karate in the mountains of Japan. Participated in a big Karate tournament as the only foreigner and made my Japanese host dad and personal trainer a proud man when taking home the golden cup. Nori used to make me throw up, now I love it. My chinese zodiac is Metal Horse. I love to wear dresses and I do not like to wear heels.

I performed elegant Japanese tea ceremonies while I had a bunch of bruses from full contact karate tranings hidden under my kimono. I taught a yoga class in a temple to 30 basketball players. The whole class was translated in Chinese by a buddhist monk. I made RAW Banana ice cream for 300 people in the temple in Taiwan and I wrote a bunch of Love Letters and spread them over the city so it may brighten up someones day!

I flew a small airplane from Fukui to Kobe without any pre-classes or license. I rode on a big-ass motorcycle for three months through Europe and taught yoga everywhere I could. That includes in cathedrals, museums and rooftops. I spontaneously started a singing career and my first song has been launched on Japanese radio and DVD. I love wearing a Kimono. I got married by heart to the sexiest red head in Germany for her amazing cooking skills while my sister got mad at me for doing so. I am the muse of a talented chain mail designer and, like most woman, I love (dark) chocolate.

All of the above is true.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing became a part of my lifestyle. I can not imagine my life without you guys anymore! It feels so great to meet new people from so many different places. Is it while hosting them, surfing at their places or travelling together. It's a great way to get people more connected with each other. My world became smaller yet bigger because of couchsurfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was the most active host in Aruba while I was living on the One Happy Island! I hosted lots of surfers and helped those with a place to stay when I couldn't host.

When I travel I always surf! It makes my travels so much more dynamic and now I have friends all over the world!

Most people that I met where true travelers and entertained me with amazing stories. Some, unfortunately, were searching for something that could better be found through a dating-site. I hope more people will understand the true purpose of couchsurfing and make the world a better place!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to different types of Jazz. I find myself listening a lot to Noir Jazz and Ghibli Jazz these days. Whenever I'm in the mood for something more energizing I love putting on electro swing. In the end, you can never go wrong with some accoustic Guitar or beautiful piano plays.

Great movies: Fight Club, The Immitation Game, Inception, Vanilla Skies, Also a huge fan of the whole Marval universe. Thai version of Mulan, the legendary warrior. Not a movie, but Friends and Game of Thrones are by far my favorite series to watch.

Books: Can't go wrong with the whole Harry potter series. The Alchemist, Big Magic, The power of now, way of the peaceful warrior, tuesdays with Morrie, eleven minutes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trust my own intuition and stay vunerable even when life seems to be against you. I think that is way more amazing then other things I have done such as jumping out of airplanes and diving deep to the bottom of sunken ships.
