ABOUT ME

I'm a graduate student currently studying neuroscience at UC Berkeley. I love to play ultimate frisbee, and I'm hoping that wherever I go, I can pick up with some fellow ultimate players and make new friends!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm a surfer, trying to see the world, but hopefully someday I'll be able to host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experiences were in France. I met some truly amazing people and had such a wonderful experience getting to know them. The first couple I stayed with made me duck confit, and I still get cravings for it occasionally. One of my most cherished memories is from Rennes, when my couchsurfing host/friend Johanna borrowed a bike for me and we rode the streets of Rennes at night. Couchsurfing is the way to go!

I also love learning, whether it's learning about the history and culture of a city or learning about other people or learning how to cook, etc.

I'm also learning how to play the banjo. I'm not very good yet, but I can pluck a few simple tunes!

I love Harry Potter and classic novels (like Notre Dame de Paris by Victor Hugo).

I listen to anything and everything. But I highly recommend Arcade Fire!
