Hello!

I'm Kimmie, I was born and raised in Southern California to a British mother and American father. I just graduated from university in December and moved to London in late January to do some traveling, working, and experiencing of the country where half my family is from! I plan to travel for as long as I can before joining the 'real' career world, because traveling is my passion. I have started a travel blog as well so we will see where it takes me!

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love the traveler-helps-traveler community. I know that I want to save money while being able to see the world, and I would love to help others with the same motives when I can. I think Couchsurfing is a great way to save money and also be able to experience a destination through the eyes of a local/someone who knows the area well, and to make likeminded friends too!

I hiked 27 kilometers in one day through Royal National Park in Sydney, moved to two countries on my own and found my footing, started and maintained a travel blog for the past year, and get to work as a tour guide on boat tours of the croatian islands in the summer!

I can share experience and friendship and will enjoy getting to know my hosts and hearing about their time living in that place.
