Spend many years Cooking and Bartending and absolutely love it.
Now combining my love for the hospitality industry and my eagerness to explore around the world to new wonderful places and people.

In between Snow Seasons and Summer Bar work by the Beach I try to see as much as possible and in recent years have come to really appreciate seeing a place through the eyes of a local.
