ABOUT ME

I an very active in my community as a volunteer for our Sons' sport activities. I also have done a lot of community service work. As a long-time homeschooling Mom I am now the Mother of a high school student. I hope to be able to bring more adventures into our lives through travel. I love simple living and hope to one day live with my family in a "Tiny" house and be free to focus on the important things in life ... family and friends! I also love to make Springerle cookies and am working on getting a little cottage industry going one day soon hopefully.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love to meet and talk with folks .... we don't travel a lot but when we do it would be nice to mingle with real folks who "live" where we are visiting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to the London 2012 Olympics with our Son .... gave birth to our beautiful son at home ..... helped to create the Paper Crane project that raised $40,000 for Japan
