Hi there!

I'm a 22-year old girl from the Netherlands. I love to travel and discover new cities and nature areas. I also like meeting new people and learning about their way of living. I really love to hitchhike, it has brought me so many nice conversation and insights, some of which I will never forget.
This year I study in Aalborg. I love to discover other cities in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia (especially Norway, I believe I was a Norwegian woman in my previous life ;) ).

Apart from singing and playing music I like to run, walk in the mountains, go out for a good coffee (and cake!), cook with friends, go to concerts and festivals and dance at techno parties.

I live in quite a smal room in the centre of aalborg. I have a big couch and a sleeping bag, but we will both stay in the same bedroom.
If you're in need, you're very welcome to stay, but know that it's not the biggest space we have to share, and you won't have a lot of privacy when I'm home as well.

Nevertheless, you can always send me a message and stay over! I'd love to go out and grab a beer with you and talk about our adventures.

I like to meet new people, and see how they live. I think the best way to learn about a place and its people is to stay with them en talk to them!
I feel like I get renewed energy when I've met or hosted new people, heard new stories and new ways of looking at life.
The best moments come from those meetings you didn’t expect to happen.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Saying something about my favorite music is always so hard, because I like different things. But here a couple of my favorites: Aurora, Joni Mitchell, Ben Howard, The staves, Bon Iver, The Beatles, Melody Gardot, Becca Stevens, music from Greenwich village in the 50’s, motown/funky things.
My favourite movie is 'Across the universe' It's based on Beatles songs and the characters are named after the names used in some Beatle-songs. The movie is about these people, living, working and demonstrating against the vietnam war.
I very much like to read, it relaxes me the most after an exhausting day. I don’t think I have 1 specific favorite genre, but as long as the characters are described in that way that they become real for me, I enjoy reading it.
