Overview
About Me
I'm just an ordinary person living in an extraordinary world. People often described me as a gypsy because of my wanderlust. I have a very curious mind. A mind that wants to understand all beings, life purposes and how all of us are connected to the grand scheme of the universe.
I am you, as you are me.
WE ARE ONE.
That's why I don't want to take anything for granted. Life is beautiful, an ever changing dream; this dream might ends at anytime. So I try to appreciate every moment, everything and everyone in front of me. I'm learning to accept and love the Universal law of IMPERMENANT .
Like you, I'm passionate about improving myself. I want to become a better person and help benefit others. I learn from all walks of life and truly appreciate the beauties within each of you. Notably, when you open up and share your: life-stories, passions, dreams, motivations, values, ethics, principles and belief systems.
I hope you love mind banters as much as I do! Instead of small talks, let's chat about: the universe, philosophy, theories, metaphysics, Mystics and the weirdest of weirdos. Nothing stimulates my mind more than a deep intellectual conversation; with a cup of tea is even better!
As much as I love the hustling and bustling of life, I DESPERATELY NEED to have peaceful and quiet moments for reflection/instrospectrion. I often go to retreat centres to plug-in and replenish energy.
One of my favourites is Vipassana meditation silent Retreat. It is a sanctuary for exhausted souls; one of the physical heavens on earth. Fortunately, there are over 168 centres and over 300 non-centres around the world.
I'm super grateful for Vipassana Meditation because it shifted my paradigm. My perspectives changed and it made me into a better person with more loving and kindness toward all beings. It gives me a calm, peaceful and happier mind. I hope it'll do the same for you!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Only one? :)
I've done amazing things everyday, waking up each morning is one of them.
To be alive is amazing in itself.
Drinking tea and watching sunset is also amazing.
Amazing things happen every moment.
Unfortunately, most of the time we're prisoners of our own minds. Caged in, fallen into the abyss darkness of our thoughts so we missed opportunities to witness miracles.
If you have a moment...
please stay still...
close your eyes...
Focus on your breath...
Rest in the quietness of your mind....
OR
Watching:
A flower blooming
A bird flying
A child walking
Watching without thinking.
Just simply observe.
Let your mind be free of preconceptions.
You'll see how extraordinary these ordinary things can be.
Teach, Learn, Share
