Hello! My name is Donghyun Kim, and I’m a photographer based in Korea. I mainly focus on street fashion and senior fashion in my work. I’m excited to share a bit about myself and what I can offer as a host.

I have always been fascinated by capturing the stories and individuality of people through photography. Since 2019, I have been working on a project to archive the stylish seniors of Korea. In May 2022, I published a book titled “MUT(멋): Street Fashion of Seoul,” showcasing the unique fashion of the seniors I’ve met. As a photographer, I enjoy traveling to different cities, meeting new people, and capturing their stories through my lens.

The idea of Couchsurfing is fascinating me. I believe traveling is rather about
seeing places through local's eyes than just seeing the ordinary sights.

I like hip-hop and K-pop and sometimes I listen to independent music

I also like romantic movies (500 Days Of Summer, 2009 or Between Calm And Passion, 2001 some stuff like that...)
