Overview
About Me
Coming from eastern Poland, living (studying) in western.
Love being on the road, whether I'm comig home or going for an adventure. I don't mind traveling on my own, I always found it very exciting, but I already learned that I can truly appreciate the moment when I share it with someone else.
My dream destinations for now are Philippines, Canada, South Africa and Argentina (don't really know why). Recently thinking about some travelling and volunteering after finishing my studies (I'd be grateful for any advice to hear from you!).
This semester I'm participating the Erasmus Programme (second in my life) in Lisbon. Love it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As most of you, my purpose in creating Couchsurfing profile is to meet people around the world and to stay in touch. I find it awesome that it can also help me find an accomodation anywhere and provides me an excellent company. It's exciting to me to know your culture and cuisine, and also to exchange experiences with other travelers!
**couchsurfing is not a dating service for me
Interests
My first dream destination ever was Andalusia, Spain (thats where my first Erasmus took me). When I travel with friends it's more important for me to spend some quality time in a nice place than doing a speed-sight-seeing.
Moreover, staying catholic but superkeen to know other religions.

Music, Movies, and Books
In my future home I will have walls full of maps and a bookcase full of travel books, foreign dictionaries, photo albums and music albums of course. I've came through different music genres but the bands which always stay on my mind are U2, Queen, Pearl Jam, RHCP and Coldplay, then some more oldschool rock classics and few polish artists. Fondness for Linkin Park. Following Kodaline, The Black Keys, Jimmy Barnes, Twenty One Pilots, Milky Chance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-took part (5 times!) in a pilgrimage which was 14 days and more than 300 km long, walking on foot. It made me realise that the most important in life is to surround yourself with trustworthy people and to take care of that little societies you live in. Also, being on the road with no guarantee of accomodation or food made me see how caring and helpful stranger people can be to you, and that it's ok to accept their help when offered.
-went on a hitchhike trip (already many times) abroad with bunch of friends, sleeping on the campsite and couchsurfing too! It was great and crazy experience!
-volunteering on the Camino de Santiago although I don't have any experience on the camino (yet!)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm eager to spending time with the host to exchange stories and ideas, share interests and skills, but I have no pressure for that and I also pleasure spending time sightseeing on my own.
