Originally from NY, but I've spent most my life in sunny Colorado. My creed is that we are all here for connection, to help others, to learn, heal and grow, and to experience goose bump pleasures in life. I enjoy traveling, human connection, playing tennis, guitar and piano, cooking, fusion dance, camping, movies.
I'm currently an Integrative Health Coach, and Wellness Director. I Help clients find connection to their own inner wisdom. I inspire them to find purpose and support their journey to create clarity and alignment between their goals, values and priorities!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I helped a client heal her cervical cancer using Acupressure and emotional release techniques that helped her clear out stuck trauma.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm chill and easy to get along with. I also have a contagious inspiring energy that I give off. I'm constantly told by my friends that my presence brings them joy. I can share good conversation and meals! Being an LMT, I can share deep tissue bodywork/massage. I'm an easy guest. Respectful and clean for sure!
