The way to your perfect asparagus:
Heat up your oven to 180°C. Peel the asparagus, cut off the ends. Let butter melt (150g for 1kg asparagus), mix a teaspoon sugar and a dash of salt in it. Get two layers of aluminum foil, put the asparagus and the butter on it and wrap it as a package, so that the butter cannot get out.
But the package in the oven and let bake for about 40 minutes.
Get the asparagus out and put it with the butter on a plate. You can decorate it with some chive rolls or parsley. New potatoes go perfectly with it. Enjoy!
