ABOUT ME

I have lived in Liverpool and Leeds for 10 years whilst studying and working as an Architect.
I now live in Norway with my Norwegian husband, Alex. We both enjoy traveling and seeing the world together, making new memories, meeting new people, learning new cultures and discovering new experiences.

Living as a newcomer in Oslo I have found the people, nature and diversity of life/culture here has made me feel so warm and welcome. There is still so much to discover...

I have danced since I was 6 in Bollywood dancing, Bharanatyam (South Indian Dancing), Jazz and Modern dance. Currently, I am learning Swing (Lindy Hop and Charleston). Also, a big fan of Yoga.
I enjoy painting/drawing, photography and reading in my spare time. Grown the love for learning the guitar.

I am chatty, friendly, down-to-earth and honest. The rest you can find out when you meet me! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been travelling a lot throughout my life with family and friends. Recently I made the decision to start exploring the world of couchsurfing, as I was introduced by my husband and friends. Looking forward to meeting so many new people, learning about different cultures and visiting new places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a few times with my husband and with friends. Think it's awesome as you meet new people and see through their eyes how living in the places you visit are like. Discovering is bliss :)

I have an eclectic taste of music, it depends on my mood. But I can't stand Kesha or Pitbull.

Jane Austin Books, Fantasy books like: Lord Of The Rings, The Hobbit, Twilight Trilogy (guilty pleasure), One Day, CS.Lewis books and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have travelled so many places in India with my family. Going to Tiraputi and climbing to the top of mountain temple; was an awe inspiring experience. Also, going to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris with my husband. So many good memories to choose from.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a warm and friendly experience. Being brought up as Yorkshire/Indian lass it's in our blood and nature to be good hosts but also fun and bubbly people.
