Hi, I’m Kippy. I’m from China and just got back to Asia this March. Currently I’m backpacking through Asia, the Caucasus, the Balkans, and Africa with my friend Mao. We started in August and have already been through 5 countries and almost 30 cities. Along the way, we fell in love with the Caucasus, so we decided to stay here for a couple of months. After that, we’ll continue on to Turkey and the Balkans!

Along this journey, Couchsurfing has helped us so much, and we’ve met a lot of nice hosts. We’re traveling with our own sleeping bags and mats and don’t stick to any set plans. We don’t mind which city or place. we’ll come wherever someone can host us. For us, connecting with people is the most important part of travel. Meeting people is also the fastest way to really understand a country and its culture. We know almost nothing about the places before we visit, but we’re curious about how people here live. We hope our paths cross somewhere along this beautiful and unpredictable journey.

China → Kazakhstan → Uzbekistan → Azerbaijan → Georgia → Armenia → Turkey → Bosnia and Herzegovina → Serbia→ Albania → Egypt → Jordan → United Arab Emirates → Oman → Sri Lanka

Now we’re back in Tbilisi, Georgia ❣️
will stay here for 1 month and head to turkey!🇹🇷
