Hey guys! I'm a student here Kentucky studying music for undergrad. I play the guitar primarily, and like rock climbing a lot.

I believe the best way to experience new cultures is with a seasoned person who has lived in that culture and knows the off the beaten track way of living.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be apart of a group of people who are open and receptive to receiving new cultures and new ways of life by opening up their homes to travelers. I love the idea of getting to know a whole new side of the world while also getting to know a new person that could grow to be a great friend!

Interests

I'm at university here in America studying music, pursuing a degree in Classical Guitar Performance and Music Education. I truly love and adore music, and if I'm traveling, chances are it will be music based. however, music isn't the only thing I do! I also love to read, with all sorts of literature capturing my attention but fantasy and SciFi really being my go to's. I also love to rock climb, if you stay with me in my home of Kentucky, and were free, chances are we may go somewhere to find some walls to climb. I love what climbing offers in the way of conquering fears and allowing human beings to do some truly remarkable things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music! Spanning from classical guitarists such as David Russel, Marcyn Dylla, and Thomas Vilotau, all the way to Kendrick Lamar and Chance the Rapper. I don't have much experience with music from other cultures but my ears are always willing to listen to new things.

Movies?? It has to be the cult classics. I love any and all by Tarantino and the Coen Brothers. Also comedy movies such as Mel Brooks! they're so so good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have flown a plane over an inactive volcano in California.. It was a small, two person plane, but a plane none the less, that I flew up in the sky!

This is what it's all about for me, in regards to CS. I'll always be willing to help with English of anyone trying to learn, so long as you help me with the language I'm struggling with! :)

I can't wait to share with some of you all what its like in my normal way of life. And it will always be a gift to be allowed into a strangers life in whatever country I'm traveling to.
