I'm originally from a small island on the west coast of Florida. My family farms clams for a living and during the summers I salmon fish in Alaska. I take lots of long road trips, study politics/philosophy, and listen to way too much music!

My college friends and I love to travel and meet new people! Real connections are easily missed when traveling to new places, which is why I love couchsurfing. It's one thing to visit a place, it's another to meet with someone who calls the place you're visiting home and to see things through their eyes - to hear their stories and what makes the place so important to them.

In January/February I'll be traveling around Southeast Asia/Australia with my friend Will before ending up in New Zealand for study abroad.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

This past summer I drove from Florida to Alaska before my first season salmon fishing in Bristol Bay. Along the way I stopped at a bunch of national parks . In total I clocked just over 13,000 miles!

My family farms clams for a living, so I can teach you all about that! I've also been on several cross-country road trips and have loads of great free camping sites and interesting stops in almost every state. During the summers, I fish for salmon in Bristol Bay, Alaska (I live on 32 foot boat and pick fish 24 hours a day for nearly two months). I love talking about sustainable farming/fishing, the environment, and road trips!

I love cooking and cleaning. I worked in sales for nearly two years and was known for my amazing folding skills. Listening to music is one of my favorite hobbies, and I love making playlists for friends as gifts.
