Good morning in the morning!
My name is Kira and I'm 29 years old. I live and work in a small town between Hamburg and Hannover in Germany.
I love traveling and given the chance to explore the world is one of the greatest gifts i can give myself every chance i get ;) My favorite place to be is canada, but this year i decided to get out of my comfort zone and explore the countries i always dreamed of, but never had the courage to go. On top of the list is Asia!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because I'm traveling alone i love to get in touch with people and get to know the city trough the eyes of a local and not like the typical tourist. Thats basically why i'm on this site. I want to learn and explore the beauty of the city like a local and not be pushed around by a Tour-guide with an umbrella who just wants to make money.
As for a host I like to get to know new people. I love to talk and hear about the different trips you might have done, share some insider tips or just show you what my town has to offer.

I read a lot and have even more books. Basically I like to read fantasy novels and crimes. That's a really good mix ;)
the most impressing movie i saw so far is "the help" with the stunning Emma Stone. And for the music i guess everything that gets my feet want to dance is good music!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Trekking on Madeira last autumn! It was absolutely breathtaking beautiful, i would recommend that to everyone who loves nature and trekking.
And of course watching whales in Tofino, it was an amazing experience.

Definitely my good mood! I'm a very outgoing person who loves to smile and laugh :) Also I'm very interested in the world around me, so if you make time for me and show me a thing or two, i will promise to listen and learn as much as i can.
Also of course the german culture (from northern germany) and some good blonde jokes since I'm a blonde myself ;) and i love to bake, so if you're interested we can bake some really good german apple pie.

I'm also a very active person if possible I hit the gym 5-6 times a week. While traveling I love hiking and could show you some nice areas if you want to take a hike.
