About Me
I am nonprofit administrator for an outdoor education organization.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to engage in an exchange of culture, knowledge, friendship, and good food. Also, I've been known to make pancakes.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love any music that is local, energetic, and played by neighbors and friends in living rooms and dance halls.
I love a great deal of literature, and would like to read more internationally. Please do recommend things to me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've worked construction in Antarctica.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to make USA style pancakes, play some silly tunes on the fiddle, make pies (of the sweet, not meat variety), vegetable garden, and sing harmony.
I also might be able to tell you what kind of mushroom you've found in the woods.
I always keen to learn about unusual fruits and vegetables, things that I can eat that grow in the wild, band & books that are lovely, and places that I ought to visit.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a bed and easy access to skiing and mountain biking. I can share knowledge of the beautiful area I live in and maybe even some outdoor gear for this and that if we're around the same size.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bermuda, Canada, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland
Countries I’ve Lived In
