COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been to London, using couchsurfing and I've hosted with my flatmate Lia several persons

Interests

I like reading. Especially literature. but also history and philosophy. I also like travelling. I watch movies for sure and i go and do theatre. one of my favorite activities, is lieing under the sun.. anywhere, and of course, more at a calm beach.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love post-punk music, new-wave, rock, alternative rock, blues rock, post-rock, balkan, rebetika (greek folk music), traditional local greek music (macedonian, music from crete, thrace..)

Books are my speciality thanks to my studies :) So I read all all the time especially greek literature. some that i love: Crime and punishment (Dostoyefski), The Unruled Cities (3 greek books of Stratis Tsirkas with a background of greek history of the 40s ), Waste Land (Eliot), Les Fleurs du Mal (Baedeleure), Ariadne at Naxos Island (about matriarchy in ancient Crete), Maria Nefeli (Elitis) all the poems of Kariotakis... the list'll get soooo big if I continue this way! the best is to talk about it in the flesh!

Now films: Blade Runner (Skott), Stalker (Tarkofsky), Almost all the films of David Lynch and especially the series Twin Peaks, The taxi driver (Scorsese), Eternity and a day (Aggelopoulos), Dogtooth (Lanthimos), all the films of Nikos Nikolaides (film noir) and especially Morning Patrol, the trilogy of vengeance: Sympathy for Mr Vengeance, Old boy, Sympathy for Lady Vengeance by Park Chan-wook...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

once,an old lady took off suddenly her underwear and pied before my eyes on the pavement!

..cops going after us at a demonstration about students' rights, shouting that we are going to die, hitting us, throwing "bombs of sound and light" and tear gass, and lifting and showing their shields like medieval wariors, thirsty for killing!
