ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Dorka :) Budapest is where I was born, grew up, and live now, and I'd never change it for nothing, even though things can go wrong in the country sometimes. But for me, this city is still the best place to live in, complain about, work in, party in, be alone sometimes but also run into friends everywhere by accident. But for now I decided to leave my home behind a bit. I’ve just quit my job in the café where I was working, and I’m onvmy way to South America.

As a job and as a hobby too I organize Hungary's biggest boardgaming event series for young people of Budapest. Around 300 people are coming to these events on Monday evenings and I'm totally proud of it :) I'm called a game master, and my task is to teach the rules to the participants. It's the best thing watching people enjoying a game together, doing a face-to-face activity. I'm a huge fan of music, love to go gigs, and parties too. I also sing in an amateur femi choir. I think I've got a happy and open-minded personality. Usually I do several things at the same time, I always in a hurry.

Several couchsurfers at my place, I totally miss them! Now I moved to a much smaller place, so it's a bit more difficult to host surfers but I don't give up!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I prefer art movies, at this time I'm a huge fan of Almodovar! As for the books, my favourite writer is Kundera. Music: everything which is special somehow. I'm into freak folk, electronic, experimental, techno, hip-hop, etc.
