Pratyusha and I are happily married since 2011, We love to travel a lot, we have not had the chance of trotting the globe given my busy schedule and extended education of being a doctor.

My wife likes to paint and sketch in her free time. We always appreciate good design.

PHILOSOPHY

The universe is round(in a karmic sense) what ever good you do will come back to you. The simple acts of random kindness can have profound influences in peoples lives.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Having lived in 2 different countries other than my home land, the most important thing I have learnt is ` the best way to be a tourist is not to be one`. The knowledge the locals share is of paramount importance, stuff that is not usually on the travel blogs and tourism sites.

We would like to meet new people who are like minded and liberal thinkers such as us. We really like to have conversations and make friends in all parts of the world.We are always up for an adventure!!!

I would like to host fellow Couch surfers as it gives me an opportunity to learn many things in life, get different perspectives of the world. There is always something new, you just have to keep an open mind.

MOVIES:
Any Nolan Movie!!! and Man From Earth, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy,K-Pax, I really enjoy sci-fi movies and my wife shoves down romantic comedies down my throat but one genre we both enjoy together is animation...The way they bring those characters to life and the funny references they make....by far Monsters Inc is our favourite, Mr Peabody and Sherman, Madagascar, Despicable Me, How to train your dragon, Wall E.

Hitch Hikers Guide To the Galaxy-Douglas Adams, Mathew Reilly- Scarecrow, Temple, Contest, Hover car Racer and most of Michael Crichton`s books such as State of Fear, Prey, Next, Congo and a lot more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with the Loch Ness Monster ;) in the frigid cold waters of the Loch !!!

Hot air balloon ride over the fairy mountains of Cappadocia, Turkey.

Caught and had raw scallops fresh on a fishing boat in the Loch Lomond.

I really like to teach photography and languages I speak. We could cook up a lovely Indian meal to show off our culinary skills !!! I would like to share the cultural differences I have noticed amongst different people.
