Overview
About Me
I like the spiritual, sporty, intellectual, cultural, artistic and super original 'n' unique things in life... with LOADS of travel thrown in to boot! I get up early to meditate, do yoga and pranayama in the mornings before work, but also like climbing mountains (such as Mount Rainer and Mount Kenya), playing in the outdoors (rock climbing, canyoneering, hiking, snowboarding, etc.), surfing and travelling to adventurous less-visited destinations all over the world. I thoroughly enjoy writing, reading and intelligent films, as well as discussing the latest developments in science, philosophy and political theories with academically-inclined people, yet can be up for a good, solid night out of dancing to some cool tunes after all o'that...
I'm not very active here so you may text me on facebook.

As an staunch environmentalist, I also strictly try to live ecologically and sustainably as much as I possibly can. My background is in conservation biology, so I am very passionate about ecology and the plants & animals that live in both terrestrial & marine ecosystems. Having lived in Asia for many years has given me the opportunity to have travelled to many places in the region, and I MUCH prefer destinations such as Burma and Eastern Europe over cliche tourist meccas like Cancun, Phuket and Boracay.
I love learning languages and speak English, French, conversational Japanese and Serbian, the language of my ancestors. I am currently learning Mandarin, both spoken and written. Enough with the egotistical rambling, meeting people face to face is truly the only way to get to know them anyway. I truly believe that everyone in this world has something to teach us, which is why I try my utmost to seek the good in all...
PHILOSOPHY
With such little time allotted to each of us in this present lifetime, it simply is a travesty not to be living life but fully soaking up each of our experiences to the maximum!
