ABOUT ME
I'm just graduated from UCLA in computer science in 2014. I've lived in San Francisco working as a software developer for the past year, but got restless for some travel. I'm currently biking from New York back to San Francisco!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of meeting new people while traveling. I couch surfed with a friend while bike touring up the California coast and had nothing but positive experiences.
Unfortunately my 70 sqft room in SF hasn't allowed me to share so far, but hopefully I can change that after travelling.

Interests

I really enjoy programming but for the most part, a full work day satisfies that interest.

Recently I've plunged myself into the SF Bluegrass scene playing mandolin. After getting smoked by retirees with banjos at weekly jams, I'm starting to hold my own. Beyond Bluegrass, I also play jazz piano and acoustic guitar. My friend and I are bringing a mandolin and ukulele on our trip so we'll happily play you some tunes.

I'm also a casual but enthusiastic cyclist (I wear bike shorts but ride in Chuck Taylor's). I'm always down to enjoy a bottle of lagunitas beer or show off my meager cooking skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I biked from Los Angeles to San Francisco along the California coast after a school year at UCLA. Being outside all day and having no worries beyond the day's ride made the trip one of the most enjoyable two weeks I've spent.
