About Me
Hi I'm Kirian and I'm new here. I have come to couchsurfing because I find hostels really out of touch with local culture, and while I like to party I'm not into being awake day and night.
I grew up in the countryside of the Canary Islands and I lived in Edinburgh for two years. I now live in Coventry (England), where I study law.
I am a pretty extroverted guy (at first introverted). I like talking about politics, economics, languages...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want alternative styles of living. I think that going to a hostel, even if free, does no good because you end up having just a superficial view of the country.
I want to go in depth and discover traditions, culture, landscape, and make the best of the journey.
By the way, I love urban discovery (going to old or abandoned buildings and train stations)

Music, Movies, and Books
Somehow growing up so far from mainstream media didn't allow me to catch up with music and books as the rest of people.
I love Orange is the New Black as series. As music I tend to like some country as well as fall out boy, evanescence and so on.
As for books maybe Brave New World is my favourite one.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling by taxi, plane and several buses for two days non stop.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Spanish, English, French, company, banter. I can show you around Coventry, Birmingham and London.
I have a sort of tatami where guests can stay if they wish. Otherwise also double bed but it is shared with me, so it's up to you to decide.
Countries I’ve Visited
France, Netherlands
Countries I’ve Lived In
