Overview
About Me
Big believer in the simplest of pleasures: books, coffee, and conversation.
I love the mountains (and all activities within them- climbing, hiking, etc.), and being active.
Rosy-eyed optimist at heart.
A few facts- I'm an American student working on my master's in Copenhagen, DK. I'm studying Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, and I'm almost finished with my first year (out of two). I've been in Denmark since August 2017, but I grew up in the lovely state of Arizona, where deserts and mountains collide and the stars are the prettiest sight you've ever seen. I have a lot of experience traveling the western part of the US, and I'd love to pass along suggestions if that's an area that you're interested in.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
If there's one thing I've learned from traveling as much as I have, it's that there is no shortage of good people. Wherever I have gone, I have found genuine souls who just want to smile, and laugh, and connect. Some of my greatest experiences have been with strangers-turned-friends.
I haven't really gotten into couchsurfing over the years, mainly because I've never had a situation in which I was able to host (and I feel bad about the one-sidedness). However, hopefully that'll change soon, and I've realized that's maybe not a rational reason to abstain from connecting with people wherever I can. So, I'd like to get better about getting out there, and share the world with you beautiful people!

What I Can Share with Hosts
All the fun facts! So many fun facts.
But, seriously, I love to converse about any subject and I'm always eager to learn more. While I'm not particularly talented at languages, I've gathered my fair share of knowledge about several and I'd love to compare notes.
I'd also love to help out in whatever capacity I can! More than willing to cook a dinner for us, make some coffee, or practice some yoga.
