About Me
ABOUT ME
My husband and I live in a small suburb about 10 minutes from Boulder and 25 minutes to Denver. We live a mellow life with our cat and dog children. Troy is outgoing, plays music in a band, owns a coffee shop, is the most eclectic man you'll ever meet and has an absolute heart of gold (his face ain't half bad either ;)!) I am quite introverted but sociable. I love to have interesting conversation and generally have new experiences with new people and new places. I am extremely curious and enjoy being adventurous. I don't drink alcohol except occasionally. I love animals. I love being out in nature and roughing it while at the same time appreciate living in luxury every once in a while. I'm very easy going and not easily offended with a great sense of humor (I especially appreciate potty jokes). I am extremely sentimental and family is the most important thing to me. Whenever I meet anyone my priority is to be compassionate and ensure a sense of dignity and respect.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is an awesome community and provides the opportunity to travel for those of us who can't afford hotels and hostels every night when we go to foreign lands. Besides, the best way to get to know a place is through the hearts of its people and Couchsurfing is the perfect way to accomplish that! Not to mention the safety you attain by using a reputable site.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once swam for miles in a crocodile infested river in Belize because my friends inner tube popped. Afterward I ate the best meal of my life and slept for 14 hours.
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe that true knowledge begins as a metaphorical block of granite which you slowly chip away at as you learn until you have a complete and beautiful statue.
