I'm living in Moscow, Russia.
I'm a psycologist and snowboard instructor. So I like to work with people in mindfulness, sptititual and body health ways.

I'm in yoga practice also (but just for my own)
Sometimes I do surf/snowbording tours for teenagers and adults. And trying to start make retreat trips with deeper internal work.

I did a lot of different activites, and will do fore sure.

In general I'm just trying to discover this life, this world, find my own way, explore who am I for real.
