I'm an artist, wanderer and geek obsessed with the wonders of the universe and the incredible people in it. I go to school in UC Berkeley across the bridge from the beautiful city of San Francisco, studying sociology and painting giant murals on the walls of my co-op.

I was born in Moscow, Russia, and have been relocating about every 5 years since then, mostly living around the US. My latest base has been the San Francisco Bay Area, which is a place I love dearly and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. It's a perfect mix of chill, fun, welcoming, alternative, urban yet natural, and full of the greatest people in the world. Once I'm back in my home in Berkeley, I cannot wait to open my doors to the amazing travelers of this website.

What I love most in this world are the people in it. Every corner of Earth is filled with amazing people that have so much to learn from each other. People are the main subjects of my art and what I've been drawing, painting and sculpting since I was 12, from the very first scrappy doodles in the margins of my schoolwork, to my most recent wall-size murals.

I love to party, but I prefer to get to know people one-on-one or in small-group settings. I would always rather talk than dance in silence. I am traveling not to see the architecture, but to meet the locals and to form connections. I can stay up until dawn lost in conversation about everything in the world, and I want to make as many genuine connections as I can.

I love art, I could talk about it forever. Drawing and painting are my focus, but I also do digital art and have dabbled in ceramics. I will gladly learn about any and all kinds of art though, it's my life passion.

Exploring cities and nature, finding the nooks and crannies of life that you only know about it if you look for it yourself. None of that touristy stuff, I'd rather hit the city on foot and experience it from the point of view of a local.

I love to dance, I've studied modern dance in an academic setting, but I'll bop to pretty much any music you put on.

I adore cooking, even though I have had quite a long break from it due to living in a cooperative where daily dinner was provided. I would love to exchange recipes and spend a few hours in the kitchen.

I'm into a billion of different genres, from booty-shaking pop to angry punk rock to quiet alternative music to old-school hip hop. Some of my favorite artists are Florence and the Machine, Vienna Teng, Yuna, Rihanna, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Angel Haze, Salt n Pepa, Nelly, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ella Fitzgerald, Queen, Manu Chao, Pat Benatar, Halestorm, The Smiths, alt-J, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Fall Out Boy, Michael Jackson, Hozier, Kanye West, Santigold, Wax Tailor, MIA, Erykah Badu, The Cataracs, TLC, Led Zeppelin, Muse, etc etc etc. Huge diversity of tastes over here.

In terms of movies/shows, I have a big soft spot for sci fi (Star Trek, Fringe, Rick and Morty, Dr Who, Orphan Black), funny and witty action movies (Kingsman: Secret Service, Wild Wild West, Indiana Jones, The Avengers), and animated films (Big Hero 6, Steven Universe, Bob's Burgers). I also loooove musicals and good theatre (Les Miserables, Chicago, Moulin Rouge)

I'm an avid reader, but ever since I started college I've only had time to read in the summers and the rare occasional book during the semester. My favorite books include the Ender's Game series, Stephen King novels, the Harry Potter cycle, 100 Years of Solitude, Tale of Two Cities, Pushkin's novels and poems, Hunger Games, Master and Margarita

In terms of cool skills, I can draw and cook really well, so if you're trying to eat well or get some art for your walls, I can provide. I'm obviously gonna clean up after myself and wash the dishes, that goes without saying.

In terms of less tangible shit, I'm really good at listening. I have a penchant for exploration and I'm fun to go out with. I have a million cool stories from my time traveling and just living life.

I'm a really respectful and unobstructive person, and I'm really chill with whatever you're into. Just communicate to me how you want your space organized and I have no problem following the rules of the house.
