Overview
About Me
Kirill is a software engineer, helping other developers to build better web apps.
Cristina has PhD in computer science.
We met in Washington DC as we shared a common hobby: argentine tango, and we've been together for quite a few years. Since we moved to NYC, we got into running - we both ran a few half-marathons in the past two years and we will be running the NYC marathon in November.
We both enjoy reading, meditation and good movies. We're excited to meet as many interesting CSers as possible!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Our first CS experience happened in 2013 when we decided to take a "reading vacation" together around the NYE. We created this profile and found Rusty, who was kind enough to accept both of us to his place for 10 days. Our goal was to read 10 books in 10 days, which we did, and also got to see places and spend time with our host, and we loved it.
We're on CS to meet interesting people either by visiting new places or by hosting you at our place!
Interests
️ argentine tango: that's the interested that brought us together. We enjoy dancing argentine tango and traveling to new places where there's tango :)
️ running: we started running since moving to NYC and we'll be both running our first marathon in November '15.

* playing music: Kirill enjoys playing music at his guitar(sometimes tango music!)

Kirill can teach you Javascript or guitar, and Cristina can talk to you about her PhD. :)
We can also introduce you to argentine tango!
What I Can Share with Hosts
We live in a two bedroom in beautiful building in Brooklyn with our son little Max. We do have a sofa in the living room we could share.
We'll provide you with sheets and towels, and you can use our kitchen.
Also, the building has a gorgeous rooftop you can use to read a book or just rest!
