About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To try to do as much good as I can and see as much of the world as possible
ABOUT ME
I'm from Romania but I finished my studies in France , did an internship and worked in Brussels (Belgium) followed love in Spain and just finished a volunteering period in Thailand.
I lived in several countries, made countless friends and traveled and experienced the world a lot.
And I am not ready to stop!
I'm outgoing, open minded, and I love to travel and experience new things!
What you should know about me: I'm passionate about humanitarian aid, travel and environment, I'm very curious, the animal I identify with is a cat, I love chocolate, I like deep intelligent conversations or ... just conversations!
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is : be happy, smile, think positive. Everything happens for a reason. Be good as much as you can. Don't be afraid to stand out and just be yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used to have a couch in Brussels and I hosted many travelers. Every one of them left me with a story. I am also part of the couchsurfing groups on facebook and promote it as a budget and extremely enriching way of traveling.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I did both: surfed and received people on my couch. Since I was based in Brussels and mainly traveled to visit friends in Europe I mostly hosted in the past years.
I've learned to cook a simple salmon dish from a danish girl, lentil soup from a Turkish friend. I shared best photography sports with a guy from Germany who had this same passion. I hosted last minute a ukranian couple traveling exclusively by hitch hiking and sleeping where they could. I've made two indonesian friends over a couple of Belgian beers and so I ended up doing a month long trip to Indonesia!
I fail to count the number of wonderful people and blessed moments I had with couchsurfing.
Now I will be on the road again with Gabriel and we are looking forward to meet all the wonderful people who will be kind to open their homes to us.

Music, Movies, and Books
There are so many .. I can't really make a list!
Movies.. I love comedies, romantic love stories and horror. I'm not really into action movies but there are exceptions. I also like SF.
Music ... I like pop, rock and electronic dance (some of my favorite artists are Shakira, Celine Dion,Madona, Michael Jackson, Florence and The Machine ... ).
I also love instrumental and classic music (especially piano and guitar)
Books ... as a child I loved Agatha Christie's books and Alexander's Dumas musketeers. Now I read vampire fiction (yeah, I am one of those), philosophy books, and just whatever title seems interesting.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Go on a 5 days glacier and mountain adventure in the Alps, doing ridges and technical stuff.
Paragliding in Nepal.
Hiked the Annapurna circuit by myself.
