Overview
About Me
I'm a hard working geek so I appreciate my sleep on work nights but I'm also down to hangout til all hours on an off night.
I am a Christian, head out to church most every Sunday morning.
I love to do competitive activities, and thankfully that's a wide umbrella. (Bowling, eating, puzzles, pun-a-thons, etc.)
I love to cook, usually I find ways to add heat and spice to whatever dish I craft. Recipes are just loose guidelines.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've always liked having company to talk to. Since I moved to Texas from Illinois I've had fewer friends than I'm used to.

Music, Movies, and Books
Daft punk, nine inch nails, the offspring, Carly Rae jepsen. Any book written by R. A. Salvatore. I love eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I drove all night after working a full day to surprise my family in Illinois for thanksgiving. It was one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. Seeing these United States under the stars driving down empty streets at 3am is a beautiful memory.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been cooking for years and make my own hot sauces. If you're interested in that I've got you covered. I am interested in learning about cultural differences and how other people see the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I absolutely love to teach people a variety of board games. I have a couple that are small enough to travel with me on even long journeys.
