About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to see it all...

ABOUT ME

I tend to like my life complicated, with lots of stuff going on to keep me interested and engaged.
I greedily experience all that life has to offer, and also generously share what I have to offer to others.
I have very little shame and few taboos. I don't judge or play ego-games, and seek out the same in my friends and mates. I value honesty, empathy, foresight, integrity, intelligence and respect.

PHILOSOPHY

l will exercise humane practices, encourage compassionate behavior and treat every person with equal respect. l will hold loyalty as my sturdiest guide and be generous with my time. l will share my thoughts openly and welcome opposition as a means for mutual growth. l know l will be heard, and l will find peace in forgiveness...

"I will accept the rules that you feel necessary to your freedom. I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do." - Robert A.Heinlein

"And I have learned to live, as it were, with the idea that I will never find peace and happiness, either. But as long as I know there's a pretty good chance I can get my hands on either one of them every once in a while, I do the best I can between high spots."
- Hunter S. Thompson

"We're here to drink beer. We're here to kill war. We're here to laugh at the odds and live our lives so well that Death will tremble to take us."
-Charles Bukowski.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have lived in share houses with people who hosted couchsurfers but never had my own profile.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I spent November 2013 - January 2014 couchsurfing around Europe.

Interests

I crave relaxation, good food, dangerous art, adventure, real conversation, deep thoughts, obscene jokes, cosmic ideas, unabashed silliness, merriment and mischief making, drinking and dancing.
Oh do I love the drunken dancing.

I don't have hobbies, I strive to develop a robust post-apocalyptic skill set. So when not playing piano in whatever whorehouse I happen to work, I usually have some kind of project on the go; sewing, brewing, blacksmithing, cheese making... I like to escape the city to do a little rock climbing. I try to attend as many music festivals as I can throughout the year. I started teaching myself ukulele in January last year. I've also started brushing up on my archery to do some deer stalking in March. Some friends and I like to wear medieval armor and beat each other with sticks (SCA). I will also read just about anything I can get my hands on.
