About Me
CURRENT MISSION
When I travel people ask me, "are you on holiday or are you living here?" My answer to them is, "I don't live here, but I'm not on holiday. I'm just living in movement."
ABOUT ME
I try to be open to new people and experiences. I'm contemplative, but I also like to share a beer with friends. I love traveling and witnessing the amazing things that exist in this world of ours.
PHILOSOPHY
Three basic ideas come to mind:
1. When you're not searching for the good things in life, they will come to you.
2. Disappointment, pain, anger, loss, hate and all other negative feelings are the difference between reality (or experience) and expectation. The thing is, so are happiness and wonder.
3. When you truly project kindness and warmth, everyone you come in personal contact with will feel it and will almost always reciprocate. This, in my opinion, is basically the secret to peace on Earth.
4. I also find it imperative to always be learning and creating new things. It's called curiosity and we all have it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've been a member of the website for some time, but I'm only recently really trying it out for myself. For now, while travelling, I'm just looking to make new friends and have some good experiences.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
While travelling in Europe, Asia and the US, I couch-surfed a lot, though not always "officially". It's by far the best way to make new friends in new places. At this time in my life I like to host because if I can't travel now, then at least I can bring the cool people to me. :)
Interests
My favorite things to do would be to spin fire, to read and write, to cook, to have that great philosophical argument till 3 in the morning and making stuff with my hands.
- dancing
- cooking
- beer
- traveling
- rock climbing
