I am Kirsten, 29, from Northern Germany :) I love to travel and meet new people, especially locals who can tell me more about the area or give some good advice for nice spots to explore. I already had some really cool couch surfing experiences and I hope to have a lot more and also to be able to host people one day to give back some of the kindness I got all over the world. :)

I usually just plan a few days ahead because I want to make up my mind while traveling around. I hope to find some hosts for the time to meet fun people and maybe get some insider tips or trips. :) Currently travelling through South and Latin America for 11 weeks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meet new people (obvious)! I want to learn something from other culteres and I think living with locals for some days is the best way to explore their country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think my decision to stop working in Germany and go to Canada for one year was the best idea I ever had :)
And I was skydiving in Hawaii, which was so exciting 🤩

My cooking skills are not that great, but if you like I can try to cook for us - we might end up ordering something though :D And while we are enjoying the food we can share some travel stories, beer or whatever you like.
