We hosted many couch surfers at my place in Melbourne Australia and I have couch surfed several times with some wonderful hosts. Blessed that humans take care of each other so much x

Movies: ANYTHING Scorsese does, also love the Coen Bros and Guy Ritchie. Books: hate to admit I am helplessly addicted to George R.R. Martin, but on a more intellectual level really love Marukami. Unfortunately not so knowledgeable about good new music but I love just about anything.
