About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live on each continent for at least a year-my 18 year old dream. Ten years later I want to buy my own house and host travelers!

ABOUT ME

I am a free loving spirit who lives in the moment. I love my life and want to see the world around me. I grew up in a small town without TV which led me to discover alternative activities to occupy my time. I love hiking, being outside, nature, exploring, etc... I am easy to talk to and love to be around people and have a good time!

PHILOSOPHY

Live life without regrets, life's too short! Always help someone in need because it always comes back. What goes around comes around. Pay it forward. Your reaction will not change the world. Your reaction will change you. Your response will change the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love having house guests and meeting new people. I grew up in a household where my parents would meet travelers when we were hiking and ten minutes into a conversation they were having dinner with us and parking their RV in our backyard!! Couchsurfing has been in my life before I joined the actual community here! I have hosted many friends and their friends in my various living situations and always look for ways to help a friend out. Every chance I get, I take couchsurfers in!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I absolutely love couchsurfing! If I had the choice of staying in a hotel or couchsurfing, I would always take couchsurfing. The people I have met and the experiences and stories I have to tell now are so incredible.

Interests

I danced Ballet, Swing, Modern, Cuban Salsa and Polynesian. I learned a little bit of Afrofunk to try something new! I am currently interested in learning Argentinian Tango to continue to broaden my understanding of dance.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am open to almost all styles of music and think music is the universal language that connects so many people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have traveled the world when I was 2 months old and had the travel bug ever since.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to share my love of travel and learn more economic ways to explore this amazing planet. It is so much bigger than what is right outside our front door and money should not be the obstacle in the way of exploring the world! I taught a financial class in my community and I know it’s possible to travel inexpensively and live a full abundant life!
