This is the part I'm not reeeeally good at.... anyway, here some of the basics about me:

I'm Kirstin, 19 and yeaning to get out there, to see some of this wide, wild world. I have one year of bourding school and one year of student hostel behind me, so I'm used to living close and sharing everyday doings with other people. Something I appriciate much :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm having some gap years, so I'm free to carry out some of my many travel visions. Everything I know at this moment is that I want to travel, meet new people, likeminded as well as different, to learn new things about the world and myself in relation to other people’s way of living in it (or with it). I like to think myself as an explorer; I go out to return wiser. I have accumulated a lot of “fernweh” the last couple of years, I’m more than yeaning to get OUT THERE.

Around start August I'll go traveling parts of Europe (so far having plans on Germany and France). To combine meeting new people and sleeping a place for free sounds like a dream scenario.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I built myself a tiny hut from reused materials on my old folks country land. It was fun and challenging!
