Overview
About Me
Since travelling around America after working in a summer camp I found couch surfing to be a great way to skip the touristy destinations and emerge yourself into the culture. I'm definitely a wanderer and have never really found my feet solid anywhere, at the moment I lifeguard and swim teach but I plan to work and travel in Australia and Canada. I love meeting new people who are open minded and see the funny side of things, people have often described me as patient, calm and easy going. I enjoy people who can laugh at themselves and see the funny side of things, why take life seriously when you can have fun 😊
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have done a fair bit of travelling with friends, family and individually, my most recent is round America after completing a summer at one of America's summer camps. My friend who I travelled with recommended couch surfing to me and after our first stay in Washington I was hooked, forget hostels, hotels and b&b's this is a great way to really get to know the area and meet likeminded people. I adore animals and am an easy going person usually down for anything.
Interests
I love to run and swim and have competed in a few amateur triathlons. I love travelling and dancing, and people who give out positive vibes, they are the ones we need to treasure in this world.

Music, Movies, and Books
Most genres a bit of Motown is my catch though and the ukulele and piano are just music to my ears 😊. Movies and books I love to be based on true events in history such as 'the help' 'life of bees' 'chasing mavericks' 'valley uprising'
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being alive
Teach, Learn, Share
I am trying to learn the piano and after spending an evening in Nashville swing dancing I am hooked and am now trying to learn back home.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My love of meeting like minded people who are open minded and I love to hear people's stories, it helps give me ideas of things that i would find of interest and also I'm just curious as to how other people live their lives, with 7 billion of us out there, there is no set itinerary of how to live a good life. Even though I may not be able to host people I would be happy to take you round Guildford/Surrey and show you the area if I am free.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, England, Fiji, France, Hong Kong, Iceland, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, United States, Wales
