Music, Movies, and Books
I studied film so I'm a wee bit of a film geek. Pretty varied taste so I'm up watching anything and everything (except maybe The Notebook which I seem to hate with a passion!) I studied a lot of Scottish films so if you want to known depressing but excellent films made in the rain then I'm your girl! :)
Music wise its a bit all over the place - from Scottish indie bands like Frightened Rabbit and Twilight Sad, to a bit of electro with Holy Other, Baths etc, to a bit of blues, jazz brass filled goodness such as Hyptonic Brass Ensemble who are immense and everyone should listen to!!
Books - trying to work my way through some of 'the classics' this year as I have hardly read any meaning that my backpack is largely filled with very sandy copies of books I don't quite understand!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my knowledge of quite-depressing-but-really-good Scottish films, my stories of various travelling escapades, my huge love of cooking and eating tasty food, and hopefully some good conversation and cheery company!
I don't have any very exciting skills I can teach (except for playing guitar and trombone quite badly!) But I'm always up for learning new things, new stories, new skills and about new cultures so teach me please!!
