A conservationist at heart, I love the outdoors and spend as much time as possible in nature. Work as a lecturer on various conservation projects and just finished up working for an NGO that is trying to combat the marine pollution issue in Africa. I also work for an expedition ship company that takes me to the most incredible parts of the world :) next trip is Mozambique (one of my most favorite places on earth) Madagascar, Seychelles, Maldives, Sri Lanka and India :) I cannot wait.

I am a born and breed South African with a passion for my epic country as well as Africa. I have been privileged to travel a lot of Africa and will happily discuss its uniqueness for hours.

Just to clarify in the picture of me with the lioness she is just darted. We were placing a tracking collar on her because a pride of lions was disturbing some villages that border on the reserve.
