Hey! I'm Kirstyn. I'm 23. I'm a British born Australian resident that has been traveling for 2.5 years.

I am a singer. I used to do a lot of acting. I love nature and playing outside. I love music. I love kids and animals and people who inspire me to find magic in the world. I love living in communities. I am interested in using creativity to connect to communities to inspire and promote living authentically. I love volunteering or participating in small scale alternative festivals, slow traveling locally, adventures, those days when you're happy it is raining cause you want to sit and watch movies in your pjs drinking tea, meeting new people.

I am currently living/traveling in the Netherlands (which is where my boyfriend is from) where we play music together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to go on a 2 week trip to London to take a break from Holland and have a little solo adventure!
I've been considering moving to somewhere to live for a while and take a break from traveling. I'm not sure if London is the answer, but I thought visiting to see some old friends, meet some new ones and take a look around would be a bit of fun.

My budget is REALLY low, so I can't afford to do anything expensive, but if my host/s are happy to spend a bit of time with me to show me around a bit or hang out at some cool places, that would be awesome.
(Especially if you could show me around the creative arts scene... live music, open mic nights/jam sessions, theatre etc and also some community events)

I plan on meeting up with quite a few friends while I am in the city, so I am not expecting my hosts to babysit me the whole time!
Just so long as you are happy to let me sleep at your place, point me in the right direction of the tube/bus stop/park to chill in and occasionally hang out, that would be cool :)
