I am an adventurous woman who loves to be inspired through all kinds of people and experiences. I am currently traveling through Southeast Asia in search of seeds of knowledge related to yoga and healthy lifestyle as an alternative to the stress of today's common enterprise.

Although I love marketing and communication for companies and I have a very entrepreneurial approach, I am currently teaching Kundalini yoga since two years ago. I want to share through my classes, workshops and retreats how to live from the neutral mind, where love for oneself and the search for the purpose of the soul with the expansion of consciousness are an important priority for the people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here because I love to share and meet people of all kinds. I trust the natural goodness of people and I would love to offer everything I am and I have those people who are willing to do the same with me by opening the doors of their homes. In a week I embark on a unique adventure and the dream of traveling without a plan or return date through Southeast Asia. Since I don't have many savings, it will be fantastic if there are people who can accommodate me in their homes. I offer my hands to help in whatever it takes, cook, clean and teach yoga to anyone who is interested.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leave my job and my career in marketing and communication. Leave my family, leave my house and my boyfriend and hang my backpack on my back to live the experience of my life traveling alone in Southeast Asia and wherever the flow takes me.

Teach, Learn, Share

The practice of kundalini yoga and meditation changed me and saved my life. Stress almost kills me a few years ago and now I dedicate myself to teaching and sharing with people all the learning that comes from my teachers and experiences.
