About Me

CURRENT MISSION

being always elsewhere

ABOUT ME

It is hard to describe himself. Notes for the future: (1) be aware of himself; (2) apprise couchsurfers of the results; (3) buy flour for pizza.

PHILOSOPHY

be yourself wherever you are, live your contradictions, know as many people as possible and have fun with them: be part of the world and let the world to be a part of you.

Crossed citations: "Ordinary life is pretty complex stuff" (movie: American Splendor") but..."take it easy, dude" (movie: Big Lebowski).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am back from a very long-time absence, I am eager to restart

Interests

I'm interested in anything. I never stop being astonished by the world around me. I love nature with its complex phenomena within its simple framework and people with their thoughts and surprising abilities. I never stops discovering new things to be interested in...I loved also lazy and afternoons, sometimes on my own, but with someone else is always better.

Music, Movies, and Books

Cinema!Cinema!Cinema! I mean movies, I watch'em, I re-watch'em, sometimes I re-re-...-re-watch them. I listen to soundtracks, I read about them, I really love cinema (woody allen, fassbinder, virzì, no way to do a list, a lot more). I also am fond of some TV series like black adder, the big bang theory (I am a physicist, no?), SEINFELD and a few more.

I use to listen to several different kinds of music and I love to discover new groups and single singers. I play the bass guitar and I want to learn also to play the trumpet. I love Jazz, swing, no way to have a complete list...need to talk...

Books? Here also a long discussion is needed...

ffff...is it not better to meet and talk?!?!?!?!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

try to explore a cave, completely in the dark, a small fire on your helmet as the only light you have, hung to a rope at 170 feet from the ground...it's quite thrilling.

I also love deserts, the feeling of empty and the wonderful landscapes that really inspire my thoughts or relax my mind.

Last (of a long un-written list) but not least, to wake up in a sunny saturday "afternoon" after a wonderful night spent together and feel her breath on your neck: what's more amazing?

Teach, Learn, Share

are you interest in physics? astrophysics and solar physics? Speleology? Italian cooking? european philosophers? I'm ready. I don't know if i'm a good teacher, but ask me and i'll be very happy to answer....and be patient for the hundreds of questions I'll make you inevitably. Anyway, a good belgian beer (or a glass of wine) is the best way to start anything.
