ABOUT ME

My wife is a photographer, and I am studying in Environment, in Montreal, Canada (we're French, but live in Canada...).
One of my passion is learning new cooking recipes (we took classes in Thailand, Cambodia...). I dare say I have a certain success with preparing french recipes ! I'd be happy to set a french / thai / Cambodian meal if you like !! :-)
For the year to come, we'll be traveling from India to Japan, taking our time to discover each country (and not rush from one place to the other).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably my first skydive jump. one full minute of free fall... literally breathtaking !

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach : photo, cooking (french cuisine and more), photoshop (my friend is a photographer !)
Learn : everything I don't know (should be enough to keep me occupied the rest of my life !), cooking ! (new recipes, new techniques...), etc...
Share : ideas...
