I love to keep moving. I just moved to New York for one year, and I'm trying to see as much of the States as I can while I am here, and I'm planning to go to South America afterwards.

Before that I was living around the UK (Brighton, London, Bristol), and before that, working in Melbourne, and travelling up the east coast of Australia and then Southeast Asia. I moved to Melbourne from Paris where I was a waitress and au pair for a couple of years.

I love travelling, meeting new people and learning new things.

I've met so many awesome people through couchsurfing. Especially travelling on my own, it's such a cool way to connect with people, and also to find out local info about a place!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I read a lot of different genres. Some of my favourite books are: Fahrenheit 451, 1984, To Kill a Mockingbird, Pride and Prejudice, The Secret Garden, Jane Eyre, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Peter Pan, The Book Thief, The Martian, and anything with dragons and a made up language.

Some of my favourite films are: Alien, Memento, Stakeland, 28 Days Later (or anything with zombies), Forest Gump, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Breakfast Club, A Beautiful Mind, Fight Club, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Good Will Hunting, Rain Man, Dead Poets Society, Shawshank Redemption, The Matrix, Amelie, and so many others.

My music taste changes all the time. I work at festivals sometimes, mostly trip hop or chill indie kind of stuff, but I also listen to folk music, some pop, and whatever else I'm in the mood for :)

Climbed Mt Fuji during the night to watch the sunrise from the summit.

Okay so it says one thing, but also road tripping along the Great Ocean Road with friends was an awesome experience (we saw wild kangaroos! And I got bitten by a wombat..)

I'm an alright cook - I’d love to make you some vegetarian recipes, I can help with English, I love to chat and play card games.

Oh, and if you're into that, I'm currently learning to do stick and poke tattoos, or I can bring some henna if you prefer something temporary! Check my photos for a couple of examples.
