我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One time I was in Finland with friends and we tried hitchhiking. We were not really familiar with the fact that Finnish people do not usually hitchhike and they don't even get what you're doing most of the time if you do try to hitchhike. We were waiting for someone to pick the 4 of us up in the middle of nowhere and it was getting dark and as Finland is not exactly the most densely habitated area, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for one car to pass by. It was getting very hopeless, but then a guy stopped by. He only had 1 empty seat, he was a middle Eastern looking immigrant and spoke no English and we spoke no Finnish. He explained using hang gestures and stuff like that that although he only has one seat, he can give us money to which we said no of course. He insisted but we turned him down. He left. For a long time not a single car would pass by. But then after almost an hour a car comes and stops right next to us: it was the same guy! As he managed to explain he went to his son's house to pick up his car because it was bigger so that he could pick us all up!!! He was so worried for us that he came back with his son's car and drove us to the very house we were staying at. Since this happened I believe in miracles. Some people are made of gold ❤️
