ABOUT ME

First, after a lot of inspiring movies, books and some conversations that I've had... I feel like I have had my eyes closed for the last 20 years but now I am seeing the entire universe for the first time. I have seen the top of the iceberg and I now I want to dive deeper into life to see what it may offer me. I've always been afraid to fall into the 'system' of society... To live my life without making it. I have to be ready at anytime for anything and I enjoy the challenges! As I always say, fear is a wall of nothing!
I won't hide you my past, but don't base yourself on my family's origins, ethnicity, culture, traditions, religion or my studies, even for myself I could not find out what turned me away from all that! I live day by day, I am a calm person and I love new experiences! I like laughing and chatting even if I need my times alone. I am complex, but still happy with that and open to others to understand them. I am not perfect, I am not full of pride, but proud, I fight back egoism as much as I can, as people say I should go a bit more softly on that and the best way to grow for me is to mix myself with people and I think traveling will be the best way to achieve that! For the rest, be curious!

PHILOSOPHY

Finding inner peace and balance in me without defining myself by anything or trough others. Learning and giving.
I don't have any answers, Life have maybe no meaning, but you can give the one you want. The thing is, we don't need to know everything because probably certain things don't have any explanation or we don't need them. We always can, we just CHOOSE. Life have certain circles, some things that matters and others not, certain things can not live again, but nothing can really die. That's why I choose to respect life and regrets don't afraid me, past memories are there to learn and the only apologize to give is to not repeat the same mistakes and by being good to yourself, so you will be with others and this is a real chain of Life.
I don't have real beliefs, as anything can not be 100% sure, but I feel that me, as the humanity as in it's culminating point in Karma, the darkness before the light. I just now chose to not only maintain a balance in all this, but to make it bow in the good side...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By spreading this mean of traveling (the web site) to others, help cooking and cleaning at people's place, by giving a chance to new people here, as I am too!), been a part of the first Canadian C.S. gathering and I tend to give surprises! ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I started at a friend's apartment just registered in Montreal at the same time with another surfer from Australia, then went on another couch where the host just had her first time and since then, I only had good experiences. Each time, I'm amazed by the generosity of people, and not only for their space, but for all the usefully information collected. Also, the 1st Canadian gathering was a nice occasion to meet more nice people and learn traveling tips! And I hope if one day I own a kind of stable place to live, to give it back and for now I do it by helping around.

So, why do I travel? For some it's business, some vacation, for me, it will be endless. I may settle some years, but will do it again (hoping I won't feel to comfortable and stop!). It is for the scenery, meet people and the culture, in case I would feel at home more somewhere else and a profound spiritual journey, a training of the heart, specially at the moment. I have no calculated time, I am of water, going in the flow but can be the fire too...
My wish & dream: All Asia (Japan for sure), Scotland, Europe... For an esoteric and spiritual journey and to see what pieces of me and in what part spread throughout the world I could find them. Reward the fact that I am happy to be alive! (I don't mind to do this on my own, as I think it would be the best... And don't we say in French: "On es mieux servis que par soi-meme"?)

- Art: body manipulation (I have 6 simple piercings, no tattoos but plan to have some!) cinema (watching and making) dancing, drawing, fireworks, graffiti, kites, making jewels and dreads locks, music (listening/playing), painting (watercolor or walls!), photography (models, landscapes, industrial, etc), theater, writing (poetry or random thoughts).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, had been to Cirque du Soleil, Alaska's wilderness, taking my first train (but not for hitch-hike) and crossing a darn cold waterfall!! But for the rest, how can I spot some trough those I had and remember all of them as they are so many!? A single, quick and simple moment can be so amazing sometimes...
