ABOUT ME

I'm a queer femme blogger, thinker, and dreamer currently taking care of my grandmother in the Bay Area while doing lecturing, managing startup campaigns and keeping a fire lit under Consent Culture. I do some performance based stuff, from lectures to theatrics to storytelling. I read a lot, and prefer documentaries to other TV. I'm always learning and always exploring!I tend to be a little shy at first but warm up easily to new people. I tend to be more into duckponds and museums than clubbing, but I do my bit of dancing here and there. I'm an ex-Burner who still enjoys the metal art and fire dancing but can do without frat boys with glowsticks. I'm a member of the Sex Workers Outreach Project and present workshops on entitlement and privilege in altsex communities. I'm very fond of cats and squids. I eat whatever I think tastes yummy, and can cook various things from gluten-free vegan food to a pigeon pie. And I'm geeky.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a lot of people while in London and did a little couchsurfing myself while in Europe- I'd love to help create a safety net for people looking to visit, even though the South Bay is far from SF!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had experience hosting, more than couchsurfing myself. Couchsurfing in Poland, and the community there, saved my life. My friends in Somerville MA have a loveseat papasan chair they call my Kitty bed, which I find endearing and is my favorite place to sleep away from home.
