About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Planning for 3 months in Europe! :)
ABOUT ME
I'm a security geek, working full-time and about to start with grad school. I've traveled around the US and the rest of the world quite a bit, and it's one of my favorite things to do!
I've lived a few places in the US and a little while in Germany, and one of my current goals that I'm trying to work out is spending a few months riding trains and exploring more of Europe.
PHILOSOPHY
Left to my own devices, I'm quite happy to relax and read a book or watch a movie, to go take a drive and figure out where some road ends (and what begins there), or to hang out over beers or a bottle of wine.
I'm pretty easy-going, and I've learned enough from travel to have a very broad world-view and tend to be very respectful and nonjudgemental.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My couch is free just about any time I'm in Atlanta, although I do travel quite a bit. I'd love to offer a place to crash to folks traveling through!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Outside of surfing with friends that I already know, I actually have zero actual experience either surfing or hosting. I have several friends that have both surfed and hosted, and I've heard nothing but great things, so I'm looking forward to testing the waters, traveling and hosting, and meeting some great people!
Interests
Business and being a geek. I'm always screwing around with technology and making things do things they weren't meant to do. I do a ton of security conferences each year, typically speaking or working, and a lot of the time I'm busy planning the next one. My family breeds horses, so that's always a fun interest. Aside from that, most of my interests center around relaxing, hanging out, and travel.
